REPLACEMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

We thank you for placing the order.


If you are not satisfied with any of our products that you have purchased from us, we're here to help.

An order once placed on us and confirmed cannot be cancelled. Refunds shall not be made under any circumstances and only replacement shall be done in relevant situations.


You shall be entitled to a 100% replacement of order in the following cases:


• Faulty, defective or damaged product.

• Item delivered does not match with what has originally been ordered.

Terms and Conditions for Replacement:


Before accepting shipment of your order, kindly ensure that item you have ordered is not physically damaged or is not different from its description on the product detail page. If you observe any of such issue, DSL requests you to refuse to accept the delivery and get in touch with the customer service team at 1800-103-0113.


After receiving your complaint, DSL shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint. If DSL is convinced that the complaint and the need for replacement is genuine, your request for a replacement shall be accepted.


Items shall be replaced only if they are not damaged and are in the same condition in which they have been delivered to you. The product must be in an unused state before seeking for replacement.


In order to return any products sold through this Platform, you are required to comply with the following conditions:


1. Please notify DSL about receipt of any damaged/defective product within 7 days from date of receipt of items(s) at your end. If you failed to do so within stipulated time period , DSL shall not be held liable for the failure to return the order.

2. Products need to be returned to us in their original packaging along with the original labels and invoices.

3. DSL will arrange pick-up of the damaged/defective product through its own logistics partner within 3-5 working days of the replacement request and our acceptance..

4. You need to have the item receipt or proof of purchase at the time of pick up.


The acceptance of the return is subject to verification and checks by DSL in order to ensure the legitimacy of the complaint to replace the products.


Once the return is received we will send you an email to notify that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement after detailed inspection.


Please Note - DSL reserves the right to refuse the return if the item does not meet terms & conditions of replacement policy.

Choose your reason for replacement.

Step 3

We will notify you the date of pick-up once the request is approved.
